Those look like gear teeth to me. Are they magnetic?

What year 200X? I think the early model had an issue with 3rd gear(?)

My first thought was gear teeth too.

Those are positively gear teeth. Time to yank it apart. Inspect the clutch side gears first and pray it is one of those and not one inside the trans.

What year 200X? I think the early model had an issue with 3rd gear(?)

It's a 1983 200x so maybe.

Yeah I'm hoping it's not too far gone! The only thing that puzzles me is it wasn't in the oil screen it was sitting on the edge when I was changing the oil.
