Ok all. The cylinder that came on my 84 atc250r has seen better days.cexhaust flange stubs snapped off and one took a peice of the cylinder with it. So I just bought this https://m.ebay.com/itm?itemId=162651611303#vi__app-cvip-panel. What size piston will I need? Says it's a 69.85 Stock bore so I'm assume standard sized piston? This is what the one I have looks like now. May be fixable but now I can have a spare.

Hope sudco is an alright company?

The link you shared in your first post doesn't show what you bought, it just says that item is sold.

I'm assuming the link was for a piston kit? Or did you buy another cylinder? Have you measured your cylinder at all? First of all, do you know your cylinder is on the stock bore? Secondly, how do you know you don't need to bore your cylinder?

Figured it didn't work. New cylinder is already all ready to go. Will take measurements at work when I receive it. I'm going to the garage soon to start tearing into it. I got a lot of new parts to install and it will help me take my mind off of things.
