My electric start isn't working and I'm thinking it has to do with the neutral light/indicator not coming on. My starter works fine if I short the solenoid but the solenoid doesn't click or do anything and I'm thinking that's because the neutral indicator isn't working.
Where is the neutral switch located and how can I troubleshoot it? I'm look at the wiring diagram but it's not super clear.

Grounding the neutral switch wire fixed my issue and the bike will start.
How can I remove the neutral switch to clean it?

I found the 200m repair manual here: ww.3wheelerworld.com/Brochures/ATCsite/
It should have the info you're looking for!

Try page 207 of 215, or 17-4
