Laegers Honda restoration

Well I bought this Old Laegers from a guy in the states back in Jan 2015 and I have eventually got round to restoring it.

I bought the bike as a roller as the person (VIP on this forum) wanted to keep the engine. We had actually been in discussions on this quad for a few years before but he wasn't keen to sell but I managed to twist his arm and bought it back to Scotland.

Here are the before pics - As you can see it was in need of a bit of TLC but the bones were there - Let the resto begin.

So, first things first - The engine
I picked up a used motor from a forum member over on TRX250R.NET an FTZ Stroked 370 Power Valve unfortunately when we broke the motor down my engine builder wasn't happy with the porting so we decided to scrap that cylinder. On the plus side the short motor was in excellent condition with Yukon gear clusters and new Hinson clutch basket/Kit & excellent casings. We put in a new crank just to be on the safe side. While deciding on what cylinder to go for the current CT 350PV one came up for sale so I bought it along with Hinson QC clutch cover and new stator cover.etc...

Engine Installed.
New PEP ZPS Shocks from Baldwin Motor Sports
New Rad Scoops from OMF
New AC Racing Mud Screen front bumper
RE Chromed Steering stem, new bearing seals etc..
Reconditioned NAC'S Steering stem clamp.

Swing arm re chromed and new bearing kit installed
Rear sub frame re chromed
New rotor guard
New bearing carrier & Brake block off.
New (Used) rear brake caliper & master cylinder.
