View Full Version : Michigan opens almost 7000 miles of DNR roads.

Starting on Dec. 31, 2017 the Michigan DNR open almost 7000 miles of DNR roads to ORV use. Check the Michigan DNR website to find out more info. They have printable maps of each county showing the open roads. This is in the lower peninsula.

That's great news! It's not often we gain riding opportunities. Hopefully folks respect what the've been given and don't feck it up.

Nice to see trails opening up rather than closing down as the trend has been in the past

Hope the idea spreads to other states. Tired of the trails becoming hiking paths for the subaru crowd.

Ah, that's right 86t3!! I wish you guys the best of luck over there, protecting what's left.
So sad the case here. Everyone seems to need a machine to get outside. Hate to be that guy here. It's all getting ruined. I've had 6 Subarus and probably 15 pairs of hiking boots and it's BY FAR the best way to see anything.
Yes my avatar was taken on a public road. There are a hand full of responsible riders.
