I've searched pretty thoroughly, no dice. I just picked up a 90 and have a few things that need to be addressed.

I removed the castle nuts and am wondering if the bolt passes through to like an axle normally would on a dirt bike It also looks like a bicycle fork in some ways, remove the castle nuts and the wheel might just drops straight down. It's a little froze up so I don't want to force anything. What's the method for removal?

You have to remove the axle, there are spacers on each side that won’t let the axle go thru the slot.

So drop the castle nuts, pound it through.

So drop the castle nuts, pound it through.

Pretty much. If it’s stuck you might want to soak it in penetrating oil

Take the nuts off both sides then remove the little spacers on each side and the whole thing will come off the forks.

These little spacers keep it form dropping out of the forks.

Magilla speaks the truth, get those collars off and the wheel/axle combo will drop out. The you'll have to deal with the potentially seized axle collars. One thing at a time!

All good guys, thanks. I just has to get underneath those collars with a straight edge and they wiggled free. The build is underway!
