Yup that is scam. Its been on there and the Houston area for a little while.
Here is the listing in the Houston area. A lookup of the phone number has it as a VoIp in Houston.

And that pic was taken in a back yard of a friend in Phoenix area. He's not the one posting the add. It's also surface in southern Calif to. There's a lot of fake posting lately. There was a kid here in southern Calif doing this for a while. DP
