What does everyone run? Ebay special or what? All the Naugahyde is gone with nothing but the base and foam pad. Having a soggy butt from the rain sucks.

Just ordered seat foam and a cover from Ceet Racing on my '85 ATC 200S. Haven't received it yet. I can let you know about service and quality as soon as I do. The owner stated it would take a few days to make the items so it sounds like the less common units are made to order.
Cheers!

I used marine grade vinyl for this little guy, the secret is getting an air powered stapler.
251289 the zinger cover cost me $8 dollars i think.
I’ve also used the $35 ebay cover on a 200x and its holding up fine after a couple yrs.

I was looking at the stapled down remains and wondering if my old t 50 stapler would be up to the task.

I tried a couple different manual (t-50) staplers but it didn’t set the staples deep enough. It cant hurt to try though maybe you’ll have better luck than me.
I got this for $30 or so. But i also use it at work for some things so it made sense for me to get one251294

ShepI do seats with an air stapler I bought from Harbor Freight for about $15 with a coupon.

It's really good one and I have the air meter set on about 1/2 or it will shoot half inch staples thru a plastic pan. Works good on a metal pan too.

I've used eBay covers from a couple different distributors and my 250R cover is from Hi-flite.

They all look, fit the same really. The logo is crooked on my Hi-flite cover but I'm not too upset enough to fix it.
