Call Pataki's office Monday (518-474-8390) and tell the lady you
are
opposed to the 2 new pistol permit proposals. That's all you have to
say and
then she asks for your zip code. These are the worst new gun law
proposals
we have seen in a long time. It will make it too expensive for
people to own handguns. Pass this e-mail on to every hunter/gun
owner
you know and insist they call Pataki's office. It only takes a few
minutes.
If these proposals go into law, we are all in trouble. Call your close
friends and have them call Pataki. Let's flood Pataki's office with so
many
opposition calls that they can't conduct any other business. (click on
link
below for more information). CALL RIGHT NOW

Thank you. I have no friends, so I cant pass this on! :D

Up here in Canada we have the most insane gun registry program. All it does is make criminals out of farmers and hunters...There isn't a criminal on earth who would register their gun...Biggest waste of taxpayer $$$..

i agree with that 100%
all it dose is give the cops a reason to come to the door guns draw becuse "you are armed" accoreding to the gun register and i have heard that from 2 difernt cops onein my area and one from up by toronto

Im well well aware of the Canadian situation. I think they had like 15% compliance or something like that, and the program already ran about 10 times over budget. The really sad part is that aside from the hassle and inconvenience to decent people, millions of taxpayer dollars were spent and the whole program has accomplished absolutely nothing.
