Atc 125m. Maier plastic is missing a mounting point? Fix?

I received my rear fender. No "nipple" or mounting point. What is everyone ding to mount the center bracket?

same thing on my maier fenders on my 200x I just removed the bracket and put some big washers under the nuts. don't really need the bracket anyway.
