250es wheels and tires

so i just bought https://www.denniskirk.com/dwt-douglas-wheel/12-in-machined-nitro-wheel-989-15.p558516.prd/558516.sku
and i am looking at running 25x12x12 on them
i want to run 27x12x12 but i could by a third tire for the money i am saving on the 25s.
wheels should be here end of the week

has anyone gone to the 12inch rim and had any troubles floating their machine?
that's my biggest reason for going to 27 inch tires is I want to be able to still float it form time to time.
