Based on how it sits now I'll bet the plastics and the tank are beat to crap. Motor, valve train, axle, etc....

For a nice looking and running 350 you'll probably need another $2000 to $3000 on top of the $800 firm....and a years worth of work!

250r that was already running. And that was cheaper than locating cases.

And all of the other parts that I needed.
