Thank God for the trucker, he had no load...Stupid driver, bet anything it wasn't much, driving under suspension comes to mind, warrant, bag a weed. Didn't see any need to create such an act, no kids on bicycles and other cars involved, lucky. Time served court costs and penalties paid, less than a 2year suspension...right back on the road.
