Hey guys, I'm a newbie here. I've had many trikes growing up and just got a 84' Honda 110. The trike is mint but having a little issue with shifting. Most of the time it will go into gear. Sometimes it will shift into first gear but still acts if it was in neutral. I can shift it a few times then it will go, but just wondering where to start. I just got the manual and did the clutch adjustment but still does the same thing. Besides splitting the cases is there any else I could do or can check? When I shift up it does click like it's in gear but seems not to be locking in. (If that makes sense) lol any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Pull the clutch cover and look for the shift drum stopper , it’s either loose or broken.
Very common issue with these motors

That was it! The stopper is broke in half. Could you tell me the best place to get the spanner socket? Or could I use something else to get it off? Thank you so much.
