How's it going everybody Robert here new registrant but this site has been helping me out for the past couple months do a rebuild on an 84 Honda ATC70 instead of waiting to get time to rebuild the motor I did that 125 Lifan swap but I'm having issues with the muffler it seems that when I bolt the muffler to the engine there's about an inch and a half of space with a lot of free play I've seen other post about people having to heat with torch to get it to bolt to frame but nothing about the way it fits on the motor any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

And when I say free play it's between the pipe and the motor the connection is securely fastened and when it is completely bolted down I can lift the pipe up into the motor about an inch and a half

If your using the stock 70 exhaust then you will need the two factory spacers .
