I don't talk to him much lately or in the past few years very much, but, here is a decent setup for a reasonable price.
Anyhow, I know there were some differences in the 83 and 84 250R so I thought he may want to see the whole setup, that's all.
He's probably just chillin out, keeping busy. I think he just gets frustrated sometimes, none of my business...
