ATC200 engine. Fresh top end. Brand new chinese knock off Keihin.
I've set the timing with a light. Set the rotor gap. Adjusted the timing chain. Set the valves to .002. That seems VERY tight but that's what the book says.
This thing starts first pull, no choke stone cold. Idles smooth. Hit the gas and it stutters then will rev to red line no problem. It has a BAD miss at partial throttle.
I've tinkered with it half the day and it's no better.
Gonna get some sleep and start all over. Checking every single thing just like I did when I first fired it up.
Any suggestions on what to try or what I may have screwed up. Besides the Chinese carb...LOL! It did the same thing with the original carb only worse.
