First i wanted to say this is an awesome forum I have only been on a couple of days and have already learned a lot i did not know. Thank you for one. But the real reason i am here is i am working on tricking out an 85 Tri-Zinger. Any Help would be awesome!

85 Tri-Zinger hub swap? Tri-Zinger Fork swap?

Hub Swap
Has any one tried to swap Tri-Zinger 60 rear hubs for hubs with a 4x100 bolt pattern?? Or Swapped a different set of Yamaha hubs? 4x100 wheel adapters? Spline adapters? Any help?

Fork swap
Has any one tried to swap Tri-Zinger 60 forks for pw80 Forks? yz50? yz60? Other Yamaha forks that might fit? Any Help?

Thanks in Advance
Keith

The zinger “forks” there’s not a lot you can do- I’ve been slowly working on adapting pw50 forks but there not much of an upgrade, more of a rebuildable fork for the future. But want a stock look so it’s taking time. Pw50 upper fork tubes will be be bent like the oem front end(no spring in pw50 uppers, just in lower part.) “again” its a work in progress but maybe someday:beer
Here’s where I’m at at the moment:

The wooden form will be sand cast into aluminum eventually......

Ya i found that PW50 forks are too narrow. I have been looking at PW80 and BW80 front forks. They look to be wider. The BW80 front wheel is also fatter and would fit no problem. I will post pics when i have finished the mock up. I already have the triple tree and i am waiting on the BW80 front wheel i bought.
