Hey all. Still new to 3 wheelers and all the different parts. I knew I had slight play with the drive chain but suddenly it was extremely worse this weekend. I decided to take a look and to my surprise the left 2 axle carrier bolts are a problem. Top bolt/nut missing and bottom left very loose. I'll add that the "adjustment nut" is rusted on and won't adjust. So my questions...

1. What size nut and bolts would I need to purchase? Anything special with them?

2. Easy fix for bad threaded adjust nut that is seized?

3. Installation suggestions?

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

If they can't help through e-mail, check out this diagram.

Looks like you need either a #16 or #17.

No longer available.

At least Honda tells you size and how long: M12x25 or M12x28.

Do you have any of the old bolts? You can use them to figure out if your threads are still good, what the thread pitch is, if they have a flange head or normal, and what kind of washers you need.

I can't remember Honda M12 thread pitch - maybe M12x1.50 or M12x1.25?
They probably have a lock washer on them, too.

I'd be tempted to buy something like this just to see if I got lucky:

Thanks! Yes I have only one missing so I can take it to my local custom bolt/screw place hopefully have them match it. Appreciate your help.
