It seems whoever had the atv before me messed with the carb and didn't put back some parts. Not sure how I missed it the first time I took the carb off.
Part number is 3L2-14116-16-00. the carb is a mikuni vm20ss. I could buy whole carb if necessary. If you have one or know where I could find one please pm me.
