185runs but won't drive

my 185 starts up but it won't drive when put into gear. anybody have any ideas what is going on?

That could be several things. After you put it in gear and hit the gas what is it doing ? Is it acting like it’s in neutral or bogging down? Could be brakes seized, rear end locked up or transmition maybe out of it or could just need adjusted.

I would start by adjusting the clutch. Should be a small screw on the side of the case. I would look up how to do it but I think for a 185 you go counter clockwise until you feel resistance and then back it off 1/8 of a turn.

It may sound dumb, but if you've just got this trike, and haven't already done it, check to see if there's a drive chain on it. Somebody could have removed it, put the cover back on, and then sold it.
