Help, Vid clip

I took a small video clip of me on my 200es, it goes for about 45 seconds but the file size is so big, 15mb! The sound and resolution is really good though. Can anyone tell me how to resize it so its smaller...say 4mb or something?

I dunno, cut it half with a pair of scisiors?? The videos I just edited are larger than those. One is 2 minutes long and about 22 megs. But now im looking into finding a good codec (compression utility) so I can shrink it.

Might want to ask Chris D. how he keeps his vid's so small.

Thats pretty good. I have a 6 sec video of me and its a whopping 1.15 mb. Oh, sure. its so action packed.
