87 is the perfect collector year. That is the year i would look to buy anyway. Nice one!
The orange is an overall warning to others and the green flames must represent cash being burned every time you step on the gas?

Sweet truck! Which transfer case is in it, NP203 or 205?

I like all the years, but the signal lights in the front bumper of the 82’s were sweet.

I liked those round lights too, but then Huey Lewis and The News came along and changed everything.

Just curious guys, mine snapped off the upper rear shock mounts frequently. Is there a permanent fix for that if I ever luck into another?

I had a sweet 86 short bed, 6" skyjacker soft ride, 35x14.50 Boggers on Weld Typhoon wheels. I still miss that truck.

Nice truck! Being an '87 that will have an np208 t-case I believe, unless someone swapped a 205 in. The 203 was the big cast iron cases full time 4wd and the 205 was the cast iron smaller conventional 4wd case. The 205 was used on the earlier trucks. Sometime in the 80's the 205 was replaced by the 208. My brothers '85 k10 has the 208.

Nice truck, I've started looking for the m1008, military k30. Buy a Cummins powered ram rotbox and swap the drivetrain. I had a couple of the sm465 4 speed transmissions, but hated the gear spacing.
