350x vs 250r hub difference

Hi guys I have a big problem !!! I just bought a 86 350x but i have a 83/85 200x front hub with 200x rim !!! i want to to buy a true 350x hub but some people say that 250r and 350x are same hub but im not sure of that !!! how can i be sure thats the right hub ??? thank . btw i already have a oem 350x front rim !!! thanks a lot

250r hub is not the same, it's narrower to accommodate the larger diameter forks. You need a 350x hub for your 350x.

Just thinking out loud...would an 83-84 250r front hub work? I know forks are same diameter as I have a set of 250r fork tubes on my 350x now.
