Good morning,
I shipped my uncle's boat and trailer from Houston to Miami. They gave me a bill of sale for the trailer, a receipt of 2019 registration that includes trailer weight/hull/etc, and the license plate has the 2019 sticker. The DMV here says I am missing the registration card like they give in Florida, also in Georgia. Is this true? I do not see anything about a card on google, and my aunt said the dmv only gave them the license plate sticker, and the receipt. On the receipt it says it must be kept in vehicle if it is a commercial vehicle, and I assume if it's just a commuter vehicle the sticker is all you need? Thanks for any input!
