Honda 200m Front Axle Removal

I picked up a Honda 200m front end that will likely end up on my 200ES. I've run into an issue... I've removed the axle holder, but I cannot remove (or figure out) how the front axle slides out. It's either seized up or I am doing something wrong. How does the from axle come out? Does it slide out or does it need to turned out? Your help is appreciated.

Should have a hex on the left side for a 18 or 21mm socket...forget the size. Anyway it should just unscrew.

I've seen them stick in the bearing. Try some penetrating fluid, heat, and patience.
