does anyone know if a 250sx speedo kit will work for a 350x

The speedometer head will. But the gear will be for a 22in tire versus the 23.5 that is on the 350x. I’d bet the cable is a different length for the two, also.

Except that the SX had 22" tires while the ES had 25" tires.
