30.5 over makes no sense nor does it = 282 if stock size is 66mm and nor your at 96.5mm
a 310R is 72mm piston
if anything your maybe 3.5mm over the stock size because a factory sleeve wouldnt allow for much more.

Perhaps he meant .035" over? That would put him at a 66.889mm bore.

I'm at a 69.5 bore max u go ...it's running pretty good but it kinda kinda citing out or sputtering lit bit till u get in higher gears ..gas line come off carb other day while zipping around and trailprotrailpro carb ran out of fuel it quit cutting out and was running like it should..why would it do that?

your no ware close to a 282cc. Can't figure it, please take it to a local shop where they will be experienced in properly looking at it

69.5 bore x 72 stroke = 273.1 cc
The equation is done this way if others are interested .
6.95 x 6.95 x 7.2 x .7854 = 271.1
Bore x bore x stroke x .7854 = cc
This works on any motor to measure displacement
