Just rebuilt motor less 5 hours on it had problem with a cylinder stud bolt was leaking antifreeze out between cap .fixed that .it runs pretty good but seems a little rich plug even looks rich air screw is about 2and,half to 3 out it just not like it was trailprotrailpro ..did compression test and it goes up to about 215 then just falls to 0 eventually. Why is it not holding ?any help would b good thanks ...

210 seems high sounds like you're guage is bad try another one

Agreed , sounds like the valve in your compression tester is bad .
215 is high , should be around 180

A compression test only reads the pressure build up between the piston and head based on how well the rigs are sealing, it will always leak down past the rings. your motor is new and the rings may not even be set in yet. compression tester should only register the maximum obtained pressure above the piston. I think you should do a leak down test, that checks the whole crankcase for air leaks, totally different test.
