New member with shimmy from front- 184 honda 200s

Hi All! Had the 200s for 10 yrs now. This spring front end shimmies,pretty hard when I go over 20 mph (guessing). Anybody help?? 1984 sorry.

Maybe a new tire would help.how old is your tire.?

Too much air maybe. They don't like much air. 3 psi is plenty.

Tire leaked air 3 yrs ago, Honda put in a tube for me. Tire is 10 yrs old.

I'd get a new tire. Cheng shin makes a really nice 2 ply tire. I got the dimpled knobby on mine. There's other great tires but that's the one I like

Had one a while back the felt like the front wobbling but turned out to be a back one. I had them evenly inflated but when I checked the circumference with a cloth tape, there was over an inch difference. Juggled the pressure until they measured the same and the wobble disappeared.
