Might be best to upload a video and link us to it. Just guessing, but a dirty carb is common, make sure the main jet (the one that needle goes into) is cleaned well. The needle is adjustable as well, if it's not dirty it could be a tuning problem. Also make sure the gas is free flowing from the gas tank to carb (drain some into a clean container so you can dump it back into the tank).

It's possible to be other things, like pickup coil, bad wiring, stator, CDI box, etc. You can test most of those parts with a multi meter, grab a free service manual off the site below for the specs and instructions.

A dirty air filter is a possibility too. Possibly a partially blocked air intake tube or hose as well.
