Brake help please

Replacing the brake pads but can't figure out how to remove the brake pad pin bolt plugs? I thought they were hex wrench but they seem to be stripping and not coming out. Are they just press fit in and require a thin blade under to get them started coming out? Service manual isn't really a big help, blurry pic and text is not detailed. Youtube is no help

If it's for the 350x they are threaded in

350x it is and threaded in got it but can't get the out. I guess I'll be buying replacements. thanks
