Honda made them in 86-87, and if that is an original, not a restore, they are extremely rare in that shape.
It has a 200cc motor and a 5 up shift pattern with auto clutch like many 3 wheelers have.
That rear tire gets incredible traction, making it an excellent hill climber.
They are also a lot of fun in the snow.
