250R - Lower fuel tank mount plastic spacers

Are these plastic spacers still available somewhere? Or do I need to exercise a little care in removing them from the mounts?

They are available aftermarket I’ve bought several sets the last couple years , I believe it was BDT that sells them ? I forget the supplier lol getting old :(
