200x rear brake cylinder

I am looking for a rear brake cylinder for my 200x 1985. I heard I could use one from another bike with some minor mods if someone could share the details of the part and what the model consists of, would be appreciated greatly.

The front off of a CR85 from around the 2005 years will be a direct fit. You will just need to use the 200X mounting bracket. Any other years that are compatible will work too.

On first reading this, I was thinking brake caliper. If you need a master cylinder, disregard what I said in the first post.
