carb wont hold fuel

hi i have a 250sx that i just had the carb rebuilt on.the carb will not hold fuel.keeps coming out overflow.the float and needel seem to be working as they should.any suggestions would be helpful.thank you.

Make sure the bowl drain screw is completely screwed in .
