Rebuilding my 185

Hi I’m rebuilding my 185 and I just finally got my gasket set and I’m going through the egg flats I made when I disassembled it last year and I remember this part but don’t recall where it goes and what it is

10 & 16 in this parts diagram. The are under the right side cover, on top of the clutch. It's part of the clutch mechanism.
