I picked up an 08 TRX450R blown up for cheap money.

IDK if it's worth converting, I think the dirtbikes convert over better.

At least I can use the swingarm back for any 350X I build, I could just sell the rest.

Or, I still have 4 new take out 350X engines, I'm sure I could pop one in there pretty easy and build it up!!

It has nice tires and a few upgrades, but not the ones I'd want...

Biggest issue is room to store, I'm ready for a 30 x 50 shop, land is all set. Not sure if I can swing it this year, apartment house needs a roof, I may do it myself with a buddy.

IDK what to do with it just yet, I can 4X my investment easily (hguy was broke), I'm open to ideas...

Why screw with a 350x engine. That’s an awesome power plant. I would rebuild that engine.

4x money and no labor
I would flip

It always costs more and takes more time

I’m with Yaeger , unless it has catastrophic damage just rebuild the 450r motor .

Keep that motor and put it in a trike roller. Probably save lots a money in fabrication !!
There will never be enough shop room for you. lol

I think it depends on how its blown up. A top end is a fairly easy fix and flip it for 5 or 6x your investment. If its the crank or connecting rod that's a bigger job then maybe just sell as is or part it out. Or sell it to me for 2x your investment and I'll sell it for 2x my investment and we both make out. LOL

The whole top is smoked, and the crank isn't tight either.

Probably 12 - 1500$ to rebuild if I do all the work.

I'll probably never use all my motors but I don't want to sell them either...

Crank and top end.....I am guessing that’s about right maybe 2-2200. I have been looking for a decent one of those for years. That looks like it’s all there. I would be rebuilding it.

You could donate one to my museum , aka my garage. I think there’s a spot for it. [emoji41]thanks buddy.
