1978 ElDorado on a GMC chassis. 400 CI small block. 75,000 original miles. No generator, no air, but very nice condition. Made the trip to Haspin twice 1200 mile round trip. Needs a new tire in spring, its buried in the snow out behind the house with one of those tyvek RV covers on it.

We are now working on this "Home Made Scud" Will carry 3 Three Wheelers in the rear and my wifes will ride on top of the 5th wheel deck...A 35 Gallon fuel cell under the 5th wheel deck and a 40 gallon Aux. water cell under the Cab Over on top of the 5th wheel deck..Both of those will be gravity flow...Generator and Air Compressor on the frame in front of the camper...Aluminum Diamond Plate all the way around will hide everything..Steel Diamond Plate on Deck and on the rear frame...Been working on this engineering nightmare for a couple of months now...
NOTE:That is not me in the picture...Im big, but not that big....He He He

bbechtel16,, Its a bit lengthy to explain so I will just direct you to our site....Check it out....It is worth it if you are into vintage trailers...By the way, not to brag or nothing but my trailer was featured in a new book that came out in Sept. called Ready to Roll....www.singlewheel.com

How hard is it to change the tire? So have you ever had the tire blow-out? lol

The trailer is equiped with four stabilizers that level the thing when in use...When on a vehicle all you need to do is drop the rear two and raise the wheel off the ground...Never done it loaded, but empty it is a piece of cake..By the way, I still have the original tire....Just took it off for ease of mind if you know what I mean....
