Hi Guys, please help point me in the right direction tackling an 85 110 restoration.

So I have a 1985 110. the plastics are very good. the motor runs and starts well but its locked in gear and wont shift or roll. It has an aftermarket carb, and no exhaust. Its covered in surface rust and there is rust inside the tank. I am not looking to make a showroom specimen time capsule. I'd like to get it refreshed and reliable. where would you guys start?:wondering

Have you played with the Hi/Lo selector it may be stuck between. Neutral is all the way down then try to wiggle it one way then the other

Make sure it’s not the rear brake shoes , they will delaminate and jam up .
Also check the chain , might be real loose and locking up .
