1983/85 ytm 200 engine swap?

I have a 1983 ytm 200 chain driven, the motor is shot. A guy near me has a 85 that runs but the body is rough. My question is will the 85 motor fit the 83 frame? They are both chain driven. Thank you for any help!

I’m pretty sure it would, but the best way to check this is to go to the parts fiche and crossover the part numbers for the two engine case sides. If they’re a match then you’re good to go. The only difference I am aware of is the intake manifold as the 83 K used a different carb than the other YTM’s.
