1985 honda 250sx clutch

i have an issue with my 250sx. when your in gear going off of a hill, it seems like it almost goes into neutral untill you slow down, and it catches again. can anybody tell me what may be causing this. thanks.

Your one way clutch bearing is bad or if your using a synthetic oil that can cause it to fail as well .
