I would like to see the Bible passage that says that the reign of the "Son of Man" (Jesus Christ) will be on this earth. Also, I do not recall ever reading anywhere in the Bible that at the end of time the we will receive "blessings beyond imagination".

Here's a sobering thought, the human race is filled with evil. What if the things that are happening are a punishment for the past years of absolute disregard for anything that is right and true? Remember God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah for the very actions that are being touted as "normal" and "ok" today (Genesis 19) We have repeatedly spit in the face of our Creator, who simply commanded us to glorify and obey him with our lives. Is a punishment not justly deserved? What has anyone in this world done to "deserve" unimaginable blessings? There is no way out of the current situation EXCEPT for people to turn to the Lord and repent of their sin.

People may make fun of those facts all they like, but the reality is that you are going somewhere when you die. To heaven, or hell. Like I said, sobering thought, but there IS hope. (Joel 2:12-14)

Who originally submitted the bill? Who cosponsored it? What committees did it go through? Did it ever get a floor vote? If it did, how many voted for it? Did it move to the senate? Has anyone preaching this mess actually researched it enough to even vaguely answer these questions to yourself?


The bill text is easily read online on any number of conspiracy theory websites. But they talk in vagueities and very little specifics as to how and when it actually passed or came to be law other than it was "supposed to be" voted on the day of 9/11. Why are the things above never talked about or mentioned when talking about nesara or gesara? Why are there no interviews with the original bill submitter or any cosponsors? There are records of all HR's for every session ever. It's not rocket science to get off of the conspiracy theory and dreamy qanon websites and actually do a little factual research on these types of things and make your own opinion.

Look I'm not saying there isn't a big conspiracy out there about the election and a lot of other things. I'm a bigger believer in that kind of stuff than most people. But there has to be some research into these representations and theories in order to support them. A version of this was submitted in the senate in 2018 and never went anywhere. Why would it have been submitted again if it passed and was law back in the early aughts?

My problem with a lot of this stuff is it is like the 9/11 conspiracy theory videos. Some guy is on a video waving his arms around and showing clips of things and reading text with *very* little context or background with the SOLE INTENTION of making your mind run with the inferment of the pieces presented. But if you look closely at how the information is presented and do a little bit of your own research you become fully aware of how corrupted the presentation of what you were lead to believe was.

I'm as conservative as they come. But I don't chase pink fairies and unicorns. Because the fuckers aren't real. I have to live and operate in planet real world and like it or not this is where we're at now. I'm sorry but you guys that actually think something as substantial like that has already passed and is just lying in waiting based on some bullshit internet websites are delusional. Please stop burning valuable brain power on "Win the lottery" fixes like this, and work on things that are real and actual. I'm sorry, but this is how I really feel.

Trump had a chance of retaining the office before the electors voted in December. After that it was basically zero (ie, fractions of a percent). After the elector count last week he has no chance. The only way Trump still retains office is if there is an actual literally coup in our country, which no one wants, no matter who is president because that will lead to chaos the likes of which no living person has witnessed. If you're intellectually honest with yourself this is no better (and maybe worse) than the socialists who for months prayed and hoped that Bernie Sanders would still clinch the nomination some how amongst the hundreds of articles that were written and shared across the internet and in print detailing every little precise movement and jingle of a leaf that just might cause a butterfly affect for Bernie to still win. Like for real ya'll, take a step back and look at ourselves. How was this any different then that - ?!

I understand your view pal and I respect your experience in the political realm. Just a couple of things though.

I used to be an extremely negative person. I used to say that I was being “realistic” all the time. I remember my girlfriend at that time trying to get it bored in my head just how negative of a person I was, and she would bring that up every time I said I was being “realistic”. Well hindsight is 20/20, and she hit the nail on the head.

A difference between the two points of view being shared here is one is searching for reasons that something could happen, one is searching for reasons it won't. I do understand the documented history you have provided, but the longer our politics sit at this stalemate, the more likely it is that our only way out of this situation is some seriously drastic measures. I see two options myself; either the dems win, or if Trump pulls through there are going to be extraordinary changes to our country, and not just politically. Speaking specifically about politics though, if extraordinary changes do occur under extraordinary circumstances, then our institutions will be turned upside down. I think the possibility of what could be is expansive and possibly beyond what we're able to imagine right now.

If a political party has conditioned their people to the point they're used to low expectations, they could feasibly get away with accomplishing absolutely nothing while maintaining their constitutes. Their constitutes would likely be none the wiser. By removing hope and optimism from the equation your politicians have effectively ensured that their people remain dormant. You expecting nothing good from them is a very low bar for them to have to live up to. They've been held unaccountable long enough. The first step to any progress is hope, before taking action. Eliminate hope and there will be no action. Hope and optimism are step one though, nothing can happen without those two things. These people work for us and it's time they're reminded of that. Voting is compromised, legislation ignored, court orders and subpoenas blatantly disregarded... These people are criminals to the letter of the law. If you want to get bogged down in a system rigged to keep you entangled while they go home to their mansions every night, keep playing along with them. You will never get anywhere. It is time for the people to take back what is ours, and that means taking the entire Monopoly board, including all the rules they've created to make them teflon and ensnare us and keep us down, and smashing it in their faces. Game over. Time for them to lose.

COULD this happen? Yes, as you've agreed you still have hope. WILL this happen? Nobody I know has an answer to that right now, but for me this goes above and beyond the history of some bill. Knowing history is an excellent way of predicting the future, but in this case there seems to be some serious extenuating circumstances.

I've found mixed results when I've looked into this in the past, but did Trump disband or break off our relationship with the federal reserve? I thought he did. If so, that's something that should be the headline across the planet. If he did and it didn't make the headlines, that means it's an even bigger deal than if it had made the headlines. If so, it makes Minty's prophecy a bit more likely as well.

Exactly right my friend. When I first got into politics I thought “Oh wow! This is interesting!” I took my time and I began by figuring out the difference between liberals and conservatives. Not long after I figured that out, I declared myself a conservative. A few months later and I knew I was not conservative. I am a Trump supporter, I guess a constitutionalist.

I didn't question why I got into politics that much after I did, but I did question why I didn't get into it sooner. It took me months but the answer finally came. Through the years on this forum I would never take part in political discussions. I always said American politics is two claws of the same monster and I said it was a waste of time to partake in and even vote. Even voting I said was a waste of time. As it turns out, I was right. All that time everyone spent following American political theater and they may as well have been watching pro wrestling. All fake, all bee ess, just like I said.

Then I wondered, why am I interested now? That took a long time for me to figure out also. Trump. Trump is what got me intrigued because unlike any recent politicians before him, he actually does what he says he's going to do, against all odds. He will not give up. Our entire planet is fighting either for or against this man, but he has some major detractors, the most unearned name smear in history, and global interests fighting against him, yet he persists, and he's yet to say he's not going to win. The man delivers, he's known for it, so I find it tough to believe that the man who has brought us so much could possibly go out on such a low note by losing. Honestly he'd be about the biggest loser on the planet, and I don't even like to say that, but if lets his supporters down this is big. Yuuuuge. It's just not an option.

I know for myself, I can't even stop something as simple as a getting a cold, or stop a drop of rain falling from the sky. How could I expect to save myself from anything of this proportion?

William, I understand your point of view, I do. I understand how rooted in politics you are and how the Johnny-come-latelys probably seem like a pain to you. I have acknowledged your experience. All hail William, king of politics!

So a lot of my focus was based on being positive or negative as I said. The simple point I was trying to get across is, an idea will never become reality if the idea doesn't exist in the first place.

To compliment that point, I was saying these are some very extenuating circumstances. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

To answer your questions, no, I have not done any of those things. Again, I'm new at this. William is the authority here in case anyone didn't realize that. I realize this is something that you have poured a lot of time and energy into. A few months ago I was thinking to myself that I'd like to get involved with something, but my circumstances here are less than ideal for that. After November 3rd I'm glad I didn't waste my time.

Nobody is questioning your experience or efforts, and I understand we seem like kooks to you, but these are some seriously trying times. I have seen things happening over this last year I never would have imagined happening in this country, and as I think about these things I cannot imagine how they'd be corrected. I do think it's going to take something special to get us out of this, I do. Something different than making phone calls and stuffing envelopes, and that's great that you called them, but you called deaf ears.

I don't know much, but I know our system is broken. I believe it's far too late to vote or deliberate a way out of this. As I said, I think these people need to be reminded that they work for us. Our game, our rules.

That's not true, you know a lot about politics. You know that. I'm pretty well versed on the day to day happenings right now but you have years of history and experience just like you said. I don't disagree with you on everything and I don't disagree with the people you consider "conspiracy theorists". I've researched I guess what you would call "normal" news as well as "conspiritorial" news. Now I'm not saying I buy into every single word and I have my doubts about JFK Jr saving the day and all that, BUT, pizzagate seemed to have a lot of validity when that was still a subject that was easy to research. Funny how not much material is available anymore on that subject. I have to wonder why it is anyone wants something silenced if there is no truth to it.

My issue with conservatives and "doing things right" at this point is, that has already failed. Republicans have no farking balls and they let the left walk all over us, and I used to wonder why. Now I know. It's because they are complicit. They lie and cheat and have used and abused our system. Coming at them through "official" channels will likely not yield the results we need. We need to flush the whole gall dang toilet. Asking them to stop is like the referee of a game asking the cheating team to please stop and leaving it up to them whether or not anything is done about it. It should be game over at that point. All avenues have failed us, time to fix it.

I'm not trying to convince you of anything, but I did suggest I feel you could be a bit more positive. I don't mean that to insult and I'm not trying to change you, you're your own man. Everyone who has posted to this point wants the same thing for the most part, we're on the same team. I don't see views different than yours as being a huge detriment to our cause. I have seen a lot of people who share your view lately, but they're groaning about things they're assuming are not going to come to fruition, and nobody knows that yet. People are searching for scraps of hope right now, and I'm sure some are desperate. To be honest though, this was all predicted. I was told months before the election there would be massive cheating. That turned out to be true. I was told we wouldn't believe the amount of officials we have in office who are not working in the best interest of their constituates. That was proven true as well. I was told there would be an information blackout. That's happening as we speak. I was told there would be power outages, and we saw that in Pakistan and the Vatican. Is that hard proof of anything? Only that someone was expecting all of this.

Also, it's funny how many stories I follow with laws being broken on a massive scale, then they just go flat. Crimes that nobody in this country should ever get away with unpunished, yet it seems to happen over and over again. I imagine and hope these will all be revisited. I'm hoping they've all been filed for review at the appropriate time.

First,IMHO, the only reason Trump is labeled a "politician" is because he ran for office. Some say he only ran as a Republican because he never would have gotten support from the Dems cuz Hillery was their candidate and "It was her turn":rolleyes:. Maybe, maybe not.

I think that in his lifetime of construction in NY he had to grease a lot of palms politically and otherwise to be successful and stay in the construction game. I think during those types of dealings he saw a lot of the corruption in politics, and he didn't like what he saw and how much money it cost him.

While we are in the last hours for certain, you've jumped to conclusions. It's not over yet, and that right there is the fact. The process was not originally so nasty and slimy 250 years ago, but overtime it's become what it is because it is natural human tendency to try and make it into an exclusive club and give yourself a little extra edge when you're in that position. That little extra edge for the last 245 years has compounded into what we have today. Coupled with conservatives general disdain and lack of interest in the process. We have to read the proverbial rule book, come to learn and understand the innerworkings and processes within the political system, and friggen use them. I find that most conservatives loathe the political system because it feels and looks slimy - it is, no disagreement there. But that apprehension to learn the system, understand it, and utilize its processes is what has landed us here. The opposition has *zero* hesitation in doing so, and we at least have to learn to *NOT* just stick our heads in the dirt over it because we don't like it, and it makes us uncomfortable. The best and most productive change comes from getting out of your comfort zone and doing things that give you anxiety.

If people would go and join their local city/county republican committee club and volunteer at it and WORK in some sort of a capacity and bring your insight to the process vs allowing the process to bring its insight to you (in the form of media) we could make a hell of a difference. And we should have this last time. But maybe we will learn from this experience. I hope.

As my online history reflects, I'm not known for my ability to be couth, but if there were only one time in my life that my rage were warranted, that would be now. We have people attacking our first and second amendment rights, and now they've just destroyed our right to a free and fair election. That's not an exaggeration, it's not just my perception, and it's not hyperbole. People literally rigged and hijacked our election system in this country.

In my personal life, this has caused me to have a massive shift in the people who I associate with. I have cut off contact completely with many people (including family) and developed new alliances with people who see things more the way I do. I have lost lifelong friends, but conversely rekindled multiple old friendships which had ended for reasons which no longer matter due to the importance of the current situation in this country.

I have spent countless hours playing the "digital warrior" games that wild200x mentioned and it sucks. I don't want to do it, nobody wants to be going through all the bullshit we are right now, and for years I thought anyone who was doing what I am now was wasting their time. Now I think it's something that needs to be done. We are screaming at the tops of our lungs because the entire planet is working against us and is silencing us at every outlet we have available, this forum included.

My point right now is, whether you think I'm wrong, too uncouth, obnoxious.... Whatever the case may be, you're entitled to your opinion of me and my posts. My opinion of you and most others in general, almost everyone on this forum based on the participation in the most recent political discussions, is that y'all don't care enough. If you're more concerned with the way an enraged person is reacting to the illegal overthrow of his government than you are about the government being overthrown, our priorities differ greatly, and I'll stand staunchly in the belief that I'm right and you're wrong about that. I have a 3,00 word long post coming below. It's probably one of my longest ever posted on 3WW, or anywhere online maybe. It is a long read, but it is a very important read, and I hope that a few of you will see it through to the end for me, because it is about something very near and dear to my heart.


John - we're definitely on the same team man. We've just got different approaches of doing things, and maybe we're in different stages of grief, for lack of a better explanation or adjective. This is going to be a long post, and it'll probably put me on a few more government lists / redflags for actually explaining it, and raise some eyebrows of anyone that ever Googles my name and finds it, but here we go anyways. I hope it explains why I'm not more hyper, or up in arms than I may appear to be on the surface...

For many, this is their first major exposure to the corruptive power of government and it's ability to squash individuals and grind them into the dirt. To paint a visual image, think of the meme with the guy in the gallows, rope around his neck, where he looks to the guy next to him and says "First time"? Unfortunately, I've been exposed to and witnessed the destructive power of government, and those individuals wielding it, ever since I was a toddler.

Lets go back to the earliest impact to me personally. When I was born, my family owned property in the Big Cypress National Park. My father, had owned private property in the 'Glades since the late 1950s, prior to the existence of the NPS controlling big cypress in the manner in which it does today. Back in those days and obviously prior to my existence, that was the East Coast (and certainly FL) equivalent of Glamis. 720,000 acres. It was government land that people were allowed to use and enjoy with airboats, wheel and full tracked swamp buggies, 3wheelers (of which the US90s were insanely popular for their time) and it was literally like the East Coast version of Glamis out there. Amongst the glades there were still many privately owned parcels of lands, typically in hammocks or higher ground areas, where private individuals could build and keep their own camps. My father had one of those, as did many of his friends and acquaintances. There were hundreds of these camps spread out across the everglades. For many residents of South FL and the Miami area, you'd spend the week working, pack up your stuff Friday night, ride out to the Glades, unload your airboat or buggy and ride out to your camp to spend the weekend in the woods. There was all manner of contraptions made in the early days to ride in the glades with. Half tracks, machines with big round airplane tires, full track tank like machines made from snow-machine components. This is how people used and enjoyed the land and also their own land that they had rightfully acquired for their own ownership. Then, the National Park Service, and Big Cypress National Park came to be, in 1974.

I can point to right exactly where our house was. And where friend’s houses were. And the spot that dad's camp was on. Until the park service burned it down.


At first, the park service was new and mostly inept at instigating change and controlling things, as most government agencies and processes are, for a period of time. I don’t know the exact time frame, but at some point, probably around 5 years after they were enacted, there became a strong push for the federal government through the NPS to buy up any privately owned property in the glades, so that they could better control traffic and the “impact” to the surrounding lands. Later on, they would ban almost all usage of the glades for anyone, whether you owned property out there or not, but we’re not there yet in the story.

It began with many of the environmental extremists that found their dream job employment in the NPS. Anyone or anything out in the woods that wasn’t to their liking, was a problem, and should be removed. Forcibly if they were unwilling to cooperate, of course. Not that unlike of what you’re hearing today. Each year, the NPS asked and got more and more money allocated to their land purchasing programs, where they could buy out willing private land owners. That’s free market, and that’s one thing. But then before long, there wasn’t that many willing people, willing to sell them their camps and property.

The park service then began using 3 weapons to strip ownership from private land owners in the glades and consolidate it all for themselves under the guise of the “greater good”.

#1 Eminent domain. Fair market value for mostly wet, swampy lands, with no utilities or viable development path were absolutely red ripe fruit as you can get for eminent domain. After a process they’d own your property and you’d get a pitiful check that was supposed to be a satisfactory dowery for raping you and your subsequent generations of the privately owned land they were entitled to, because government wanted it. And they had the means to take it from you at the point of a gun. Sometimes they eminent domained camps. Sometimes they’d eminent domain large plots of privately owned land and leave individuals with tiny little slivers of their original property as a consolation prize. Which was the case of my family.

#2 Extremely regulated usage of the glades. In a period of time it went from where every manner of vehicle was allowed in the glades and on trails, to nothing. So the amount of regulatory crap to deal with just escalated over and over throughout the years. It began with things that seemed like “common sense” like banning track buggies. Then it became where wheel buggies had to have certain tire sizes, couldn’t weigh over a certain amount (for ground pressure purposes) and could only be of certain physical sizes and dimensions. Again, to minimize impact. 3wheelers and ATVs were all banned once these later rules were instituted. Your buggies had to have annual stickers and get inspected to make sure they conformed with the rules. Even the wheel buggies and airboats began being regulated to only certain designated trails, ultimately. At what point is dealing with all of this bullshit worth it, to go out and get to your own camp, or go into the glades when you had the blessing to previously use it unencumbered? Who wouldn’t get sick of that kind of trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro and throw their hands up?

#3 and the worst one…”Controlled” burns. So the park service loved to do “controlled” burns throughout the year in the glades. Controlled burns themselves are very good for the ecology and are a necessary component to help mitigate the damage of unplanned actual wildfires cause when they do happen. We can look at the massive fires in California that could have all been mitigated to a much smaller degree with controlled burns if they greenies had allowed them instead of complaining about how they hurt nature. The NPS in the everglades though had a much more nefarious usage for controlled burns – they used them to burn down private camps “accidentally”. Dozens of camps long time owned and grandfathered in, and owned by individual unwilling and uninterested in selling, were burnt. The park service had good cause to do this too, it made it cheaper and easier to eminent domain the lands when the owner had less usage of the property, and it had no improvements at all on it. Now their acquisitions budget could buy them a 12-15 properties a year, instead of a half dozen, at best. And to add insult onto injury, the NPS would not ever let any of these camps be rebuilt or reconstructed, because they were all “nonconforming” or “grand fathered in”. Until they burnt down, of course.

To further illustrate this, I can’t draw a better comparison of what Gladesman and people that actually owned or lived in Big Cypress thought of the NPS, then to compare them to what many conservatives thought of the BATFE during the Ruby Ridge and Branch Dividian disasters. At face value, the NPS seems like an innocuous enough agency. Nice folks there in brown hats and uniforms to help protect the environment and make sure its there for future folks to enjoy. But many, many of them were environmental extremists wackjobs the likes of which words cannot accurately enough describe their derangement for anyone in the park besides them. They were the chosen ones. They were anointed by the federal government and their badge to be there. Not the individual. Certainly not the individual land owner. The individual was their enemy. The individual had to go. The individual was incompatible with the plan for the park.

During the height of this, there were some various individual property owner rights groups that came together and attempted to pool resources of attorneys and such to stop such a rampant overage of private property rights. I don’t know all the history exactly so much, but I know atleast one or two cases went to the supreme court and there was decades of legal battling over some of the eminent domain actions and the inability to rebuild burned camps. At some point, people just get frustrated and sick of dealing with government, and you know you aren’t going to win, so why waste brain power on things that you cannot change.

I was thinking about this a few years ago, and remembered a satirical video, from back in the day that I remember watching in the living room of mom and dad’s house that a neighboring gladesmen had brought over to watch. It was a funny video called “Big Park”. Wouldn’t you know it, YouTube be blessed, I happened to actually find it on there when I remembered it. It’s corny 1980s. Its about 10 minutes long, if you watch the first 5 or 6 you’ll get the jist of it, but its an amazing illustration and example of what it was actually like if you were a private land owner in the glades during that time. You'll even see my comment on the video, 7 years ago I made, when I found it.

So, now that you have the relevant information for the back story on the impact to me personally, we can continue on with that personally relevant parts.

So dad owned quite a little property in the glades. Back during this time he had a number of toys and machines to run in the glades, the likes of which I never even got to see because they were banned before I even came around. All I ever got to see were pictures, and a few videos, and many, many stories from dad and any of his friends about the good ole days.

Dad had a piece of land out there with a shop on it, an airboat landing, he build his own air strip, and his own rock pit lake. The park service eventually burned dads camp down, condemned it, and eminent domained everything but 5 acres, that they left him with. It was 5 acres with the shop, and a single wide trailer he lived in, that bordered the lake, that he had to look at everyday knowing he longer owned and could never use it again.
Eventually, not long before I was born, he built a house on this 5 acres that was to be where he wanted to live his days out for the rest of his life, because despite all the restrictions and bull trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro from the NPS, he still absolutely loved the glades, and he loved his life long friends that lived out there by him also. It was a shell of it’s once former self, where dads place was like a busy corner store for people coming in and out of the woods, stopping by, countless airboats and buggies that were built in his shop for other people. People getting stuck, breaking down out in the woods and coming to the Golightly place to find someone to go rescue them and bring them back to the road – but it was still the Glades. It was his Glades he’d spent 50 years in.

You would think that after burning a man’s camp down, and eminent domaining the rest of his land for pennies save a little tiny consolation sliver, that’d be enough for the assholes in the NPS. But, you’d be wrong. That wasn’t enough. They wanted him, and us, gone. It wasn’t right for private individuals to own land and be out there in the glades at all – it belonged to nature by golly and they were going to make sure it went back that way with the full force and power of government at their side.

So then, all manner of harassment began. When dad went to build the house, every kind of red tape to cut and hurdle to jump for permitting and construction and everything else went into it, with people that worked for NPS calling building inspectors and county permit people almost daily to try and find some way to keep dad from building the house and further improving this property – but he jumped through all their friggen hurdles and red tape that lasted years, and he got it done.

You’d think this story would end there- but it gets worse.

About this time now I’m old enough I can actually remember things from first hand experience. The NPS had at least one, maybe two helicopters that they flew around in from time to time and used under the guise of checking for wildfires. Instead, they would use them to buzz overtop of privately owned property and houses, multiple times per day, to see what you were doing, and to generally just agitate the trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro out of you. I remember multiple times, as a kid, being upstairs in the living room and looking out almost eye level with a helicopter flying over the property. And more times than I can remember being outside with dad, or riding my big red around the yard and watching them circle over, and over, and over again.
Then, the county road that went up to our house and many others in the area inside the park, began to be purposefully and intently neglected, so as to make it even more difficult and burdensome to go back and fourth from your own home. Dad and others use to actually maintain the road on their own and they did a pretty awesome job – obviously that wasn’t allowed any further at some point. Government could “do it better” – but they didn’t, of course. It caused concerns for families (and mine) that if there was an accident, something as simple as getting ambulance or EMTs out to you was severely impacted because of the condition of the road.

This went on for years. Until finally I, as a child, was beginning to pickup some of the frustrations and anger about these things, that I’d watched and observed my father live with for the past 20 or so years, and mom decided It was probably best we sell and move before we became another Ruby Ridge ourselves, basically. So the park service basically won out and got my dad’s place after all those years, after all. They made it miserable enough even he could no longer stomach it. When we finally moved, despite his love for the glades, all he had built there, all the years and good times with friends and family, it was not the same glades anymore, and never would be. We moved from there almost 30 years ago, and he never went back a single time. I think Big Cypress had been enacted almost exactly 20 years prior, to the year we moved away. It had taken 20 years to break him.

At 8 years old – this was my realization. That government could and would crush anyone, it so desired. You could play by the rules. You could buy the permits. You could follow the procedures and begrudgingly accept the processes. Or you could fight them tooth and nail with every fiber of your being knowing they were in the wrong and you were in the right, and at best, it only delayed the inevitable. No single hand is mighty enough to withstand it. Government and those in it, had that kind of absolute power.

I don’t blame mom and dad for their decision to move us out of the glades and to where I am now. They had to make a very difficult, logical based decision, but it crushed both their souls to do make that decision, that many years ago. I do blame the Park Service (and when I say that, I mean the people working in that organization, and administering it, and the apparatus it is, itself) and the federal government for existing in such a way, that individuals can be treated in such a manner. I blame them for existing in such a way and behaving in such a way, that I never got to enjoy the glades in the pure manner in which dad did. He rode me on the Big Red, through what use to be his old property, to the hammock where his old camp was, illegally because no one was permitted to be in that area anymore for any reason. That was the only time I ever got to see it, because we were confined to the remaining 5 acres. My children will never know it or even care to know it. Something that was such an integral part of their ancestors life, and their personal property, that by rights, should have eventually been theirs.

Even at 8 years old, I saw and understood what had happened, and what irreparable damage it did to my parents as individuals, to have withstood that.

In the satirical video above, the families house becomes a ranger station. Today, my dad's house is government subsidized housing for park rangers that work in Big Cypress National Park, in real life.

Later in life I my run in with local government when I had the commercial motocross track I built and operated, only to have the shut down and squashed under the boot of an entity after I pulled every permit and went through every hearing I was asked and mandated to do, and did everything by the letter of the book, just to have that ripped from me and face financial ruin in the family because of that, but that’s a story for another time. I knew what kind of power they wielded and what was possible that time, I just hoped it wouldn’t come to be, but it did. If you go back around 2007 or so, there are posts from me about that whole ordeal, here on the site in a few places still probably.

I don’t “give up” in trying to do my thing and believing that there are ways and processes to shape a future more beneficial. But it’s a reason I often cite and hope for a lesser, smaller government in general over any particular party or power. Ultimately I think the Republicans are more self conscious wielding that power, but like Thomas Massie says – the congressional Lapel pin is like the “ring of power” from Lord of the Rings. He calls it precious, and it corrupts absolutely. He’s right.

So not much surprises me. Maybe I live in an elevated state of perpetual skepticism and expectation of what’s around the corner because of these things? I have lived and watched the crushing power of government first hand and in person enough to have an idea of how it operates, I wish I didn’t, but I do. Once the processes and procedures are in place, that big government power train gets rolling, there is no stopping it. Look at the massive assed keystone pipeline project as an example. Tens of thousands of jobs, industry, and all manner of interconnected private processes and lives vaporized in a flash. That is power my friends. Government power. That power attracts the kind of people that will do anything to wield it, too.

We as individuals have to be involved in the policy making side, and make our changes and impact there. That’s the only place that actually matters.

So this is probably been much more of a tirade and explanation than anyone would ever want to read I am sure, but that’s a little back story on the reason I think the way I do, and say the things I say, from time to time. I have more first hand experience with government soul crushing individuals than I care to think about and dwell on.

Thanks for taking the time to fully read and digest it. That means more to me than you know, because while I will usually say "my family had property in the Everglades" - I can only think of a handful of times in my life I've gave the complete story. Most people have no concept or understanding of it and it's impact. And we were only one but dozens of families actively living in the park, and hundreds upon hundreds of camps that were impacted by this behavior.

It is funny you mention the Bundy stand-off because as I was watching it on TV, I thought back to everything that had happened in the glades. To my knowledge there was never that much of an organized/armed resistance down there beyond just a few "crazy asses" that just wound up getting put in prison for not following what the rangers or other laws instructed them to do. The burning of the camps was the parks way to minimize direct face to face standoffs. There was little left to defend at that point.

Dad tells some people that when he built his house out of concrete, it was because of storms and hurricanes so it would be strong against them. That is partially true, but its also because if they ever tried to burn the last 5 acres they left him with, he wanted a house that wouldn't burn, so that they couldn't tell him he couldn't rebuild it, like they'd done with everyone's camps. Walls. Roof. Everything was concrete. In light of recent circumstances it became clear to me that I had to come back here and reply to this thread again.

As a recap, this thread was started based on Q type stuff. At that time I did give it some hope, I had some confidence in it. Here we are a few weeks later, and I cannot help but mock the Q-tards when I'm on gab. I will say, there are still certain parts of the Q stuff I do believe may have taken place, and maybe some will in the future, but William's point about people sitting around "trusting the plan" instead of going out and making a difference was bullseye. He's right on target with that. At this point it seems just as likely that Q could have been a psych-op, or if wasn't, it's certainly had that effect it seems. I was laid off for a month. I answered all of the questions honestly, including the final question which in and of itself is redundant since they ask earlier why you are laid off, which for me is "Lack of work". The final question is "Are you out of work or having trouble finding work due to COVID-19?" My answer was "No", and they still sent me the extra 300.00. Although to be brutally honest the lack of work is in all likelyhood due to COVID-19 panic bullsh!t :rolleyes:.

It's no wonder people sit at home collecting UE, while shipping/trucking companies are short of drivers and manufacturing companies could use good help. It doesn't help that now up to 10,000.00 of UE is not taxable.

While housing is booming in spite of the huuuge increase in the cost of lumber, commercial construction is slow. I fully expect construction to crash in short order similar to '08ish.

I'm back to work for now but no new starts until June, and as anybody familiar with commercial construction knows, start dates are never set in stone. Particularly with the economy going the way it is.

If I get laid off again I may very well retire a bit early, collect my pension and get a factory job in assembly or driving forklift.

Was not even looking for one of these, or anything like it, and I happened to run across an old war ration book listed for sale.

This is the first time I'd saw one scanned or pictures close up enough to actually read the text and labels. If you have a few minutes, I'd encourage you open up the images and read all the text and notices on it in depth.

I was really surprised at the obviousness of the propaganda and control - I mean the beaurecratic office associated with the book was the "Office of Price Administration" for petes sake. $10,000 fine in 1945 for using someone elses ration ticket?

The ration tickets that were actually used for milk bread and meat have tanks, artillery, and naval boats on them?


The instructions say

"Each stamp authorizes you to purchase rationed goods in the quantities and at the times designated by the Office of Price Administration. Without the stamps you will be unable to purchase those goods."

"This book is your Government's assurance of your right to buy your fair share of certain goods made scarce by war. Price ceilings have also been established for your protection. Dealers must post these prices conspicuously. Don't pay more."

I'm sure I'm missing something, but during that time I feel like they legitimately had shortages. It seems like these stamps were to ensure nobody went hungry and grocers couldn't charge $10 for a gallon of milk. I don't see the propaganda, it seems to make sense to me.

Now today's "shortages" on the other hand, are completely manufactured and intentional. It p!sses me the fark off when I go to the store and ain't Sheee-it on the shelves. There's no reason for it in this day and age. That's unquestionably the result of massive propaganda.

Well, my take on the "shortages" revolves around what I hear from associates that rely on drivers to get things to their shop/business/places of employment. All the complaints they hear from their delivery people is that they have a shortage of drivers. UPS, Fedex, Priority, Spee-Dee (a smaller 5 state area delivery company), etc. They all say they need drivers, but no one wants to work. Unemployment has been extended, plus you get an extra 300 on UE for "COVID" in Minnesota. Why should someone get a job if they can collect 800-1000 sitting at home on their arse?

very wise words. I need to listen to more like this. I have struggled a lot. Sometimes just to be awake and moving. Eliminate bad habits, Alcohol and the smoking from day to day living. Not that you’ll never have a beer but day to day focused on the inner self to heal itself. If your borderline overweight or malnutrition high blood pressure and high/low cholesterol sugar issues...take the path to A plant base diet, no sugars or processed foods; small amounts of good fats/protein. I also suggest micro nutrition via juicing it’s easier to drink 10 carrots than chew. Also Veggie base protein drinks/for Morning fuel to light your metabolism. Your head will clear your body will respond the goal will become that much closer. Remember FASTING is Not starving yourself. It is getting rid of the Negative things that disrupt your Life Physically and Emotionally. Life is many steps not just one. Often measured over a lifetime of the trail of steps you leave on the Path of Life. It’s one step in the right direction followed by the next...glad if it helps anyone.

Feel better by expanding the areas in you life to make your successful thoughts and goals a reality. The Life change is not as easy as jumping on a train and going for a ride. If any good can come from this situation I hope that it is the fact we cannot idly sit by and rely on the charisma of any one politician to win elections for us. We have to be highly involved in the dirty greasy political process in local and federal levels and actually work in it and treat it like work, like a side job you get paid for, or a side business you have to lose a few free weekends a year over, and have some late nights after work during the week for meetings and political work. You're furthering your cause just like a small business you'd be starting on the side and working on to see the fruits of your labor.

Too many kicked back (myself included this time) and waited for daddy Trump to kick ass and take names while we proverbially set on our asses. We were out campaigned and out politically worked by the Dems. WE FAILED to do our side of the coin to ensure trump was reelected and that we didn't lose the senate. I'm pissed at these conspiracy theories because I think they were false hope and false pretense and false sense of security to conservative activists, and it at the very least contributed to this loss.
