Just got a 84 200X

My name is Ryan, excited to see there is such a following of these great machines. I’ve always wanted one, and after hounding my buddy for 10 years he gave it to me. 1984 200x hasn’t been ridden since 1987 when he broke his back on it, his wife bought it new for his 23rd bday. I learned to ride on a 85 Big Red. I haven’t started it yet, tank is clean no rust but the carb needs cleaning I’m darn sure... anyway I’m excited to chat with you guys/gals in helping me bring it to it’s former glory. She’s a little dirty getting rolled out to see daylight first time in a long time.267646267644267645

It’s in darn good shape I think, needs a few things. New back plastic, grab bar and a front master cylinder reservoir from when he flipped it. I don’t know if I can find a factory style resi, and still maintain the mini roll cage on top?
