What are you guys making of this - so far?

I'm actually personally hearing more about friends of friends / acquaintances getting this and being seriously seriously ill or passing away then I did of the "original" one so far...


Another lock down scenario seems almost imminent from what I'm seeing - few other countries have already done it.


I've heard little (none?) discussion on whether this is supposedly a "natural" mutation, or speculation its just a later version we've been the lucky benefactors of.

Not many cases up here yet.

I'm leery of people who claim to have the Delta variant, unless the proper test was administered. From what I've been told the "standard" quick test is not sufficient to diagnose the Delta variant since it's a mutation and would need further testing or a different test all together. The proper testing procedure to confirm a new variant is something like 7-10 days to get the test back.

I've also been given info from others more versed in these types of things that typically as a virus mutates it gets weaker, not stronger.

My evaluation of the severity of COVID patients always involves knowing the general health of the individual. Obesity, diabetes, previous lung or heart issues seem to be prevalent in the worst cases, very few healthy people get seriously ill, but it does happen.

As well, they are now talking about a new "Gamma" variant.

Considering how much this has been politicized I sometimes wonder if there are actually any new variants or if these are just resurgences of the original virus and the promotion of a "New Variant" is just another ploy to keep people scared hoping more will get the vax.

Just my opinion.

Haha yeah the vaccine and the connection to the variants are whole other issues...

To me the fact that people with the vaccine are still getting the variant and getting hospitalized (there was a large amount in the UK from what I was reading) also is an additional complication to the decision.

I don't know. I'm not smart or educated and informed enough to make a decision for myself either way and feel confident about it, much less for other people. I do think once you get to a certain age, the prospect of getting the bug and it being fatal vs whatever side affects there may be from the vaccine in 5 to 10 years kinda weigh out.

But anyways - yeah. Good point on the testing differences.

I know someone personally pretty closely now that has covid 3 different times. And another person has had it twice now. Each were only a few months apart from the last time. That's probably making me a little more nervous

I'm gonna say any covid variant is a scare tactic to get the vaccine at this point in time. Waiting to see what happens when pregnant women (new borns) if they are affected by this so-called vaccine.just a few more months and we'll know.
Not many people i would trust in the govt or media anytime soon.

My mother got both Pfizer jabs and currently contracted Covid19 last week. She is 76 and they intend to give her an antibody infusion tomorrow. So far only one day of fever 100.3 but she is drained of energy and has severe muscle aches.
Lot of people met up for 4th of July, and cited as possible cause for spike in cases. Like Scooter said hopefully the variants lose potency.

I am waiting until the next big thing hits...I am going to make my prediction that mosquitos will carry the next version of corona. If it's real...not saying its not, people sure as heck do not care and want to live their lives now. I do not think it will ever go away. One day last week I heard on the radio that there were 11 new cases of covid in my county and 10 of them were vaccinated. I got the phizer in March only because my neurologist advised I should because I have a Cavernous Angioma on my brain along with some thinning blood vessels. MRNA is a gene therapy. It's not a vaccine. There's no point in getting a vaccine that doesn't do squat to protect you and this nonsense "unvaccinated people are why the vaccinated are getting sick" has to be the STUPIDEST thing I've ever heard in my life.

When you don't want your flu symptoms to be so intense, you get some OTC medicine from the drugstore. You don't submit to a completely untested "vaccine" that was whipped together in about six months (supposedly) time, especially when it's obviously politically-linked.

As someone who identifies as an idiot I tend to make light of a lot of things I probably shouldn’t, but it just seems laughable to see how this Delta version is being promoted.

Every time I hear “Delta” Jan C. Gabriel’s voice pops into my head yelling “Delta, Delta,Delta” as though to get me out to the jab line instead of the drag races. (Good luck getting that voice out of your head now)

People have died and more people will die, but the promotion of this so called vaccine is even scarier. At this point I think the virus is on pace to kill almost as many civil liberties as it has healthy people and that should be far more concerning to any healthy young person than this virus.

I don't want to downplay the virus because it can make you sick.....hell-a sick......or even kill you. Hard to argue with that.

But, I don't know what to think of this Delta, Delta, Delta (thanks El). I was a good steward and got the outlawed J&J single shot that knocked me on my rear for a little over 24hrs. That evening/night of the vaccine.....WHEW!!!! Teeth chattering chills, mild fever (100F), tired. About 3 weeks later I take a trip with some friends and one of them ends up having the virus. I get home from the trip and feel tired and lose my smell but it only lasted a week. I assume the vaccine kept my symptoms mild so that's a plus......but......

Everyone's tired. Too many people are ready to get back to their normally scheduled lives and just deal with the consequences.
It sucks but hearing your 80+ year old mother saying in November of 2020, "Yes, I want to have Thanksgiving with all the family because I don't know how many more of these I have left."..........that sucks too. Breaks your dam heart.

Trust the science! I get it, I deal with forecasts and data all day long and they change. You have to learn to adapt and tweak the models when things change. So when the docs and scientists (including the self-appointed ones on fB) say "trust the science" they fail to realize their smug attitudes is what turns people away. They will not admit their analysis/forecasts/projections were wrong, they say "they were right at the time."

I get it......I worked on a project years ago that resulted in spending over $10M based on our projections at that time. Several groups fought it but it went forward anyway. About 3 years ago, only part of it was completed then stopped. The projections looking out another 10-20 years changed dramatically. The groups against the project claimed victory and blasted the inaccurate projections and well, they were not wrong to criticize. But I knew the data, models, and results.....looked right at the time. That's where you suck up your pride and admit the projections did not come to fruition. That is what chaps my rear. Trust the science! But they won't admit that the numbers will change especially with such a small sample. And when they vary from their initial projections.....they were still "not wrong." That loses trust.

"Herd immunity" is a bullshit term that's used nearly completely out of original context.


If you have a herd of anything, and in that herd you have 70% of each individual in the herd has immunity, but the other 30% does not, it does not mean the other 30% are safe and sound "because herd immunity"

To the members of the herd who are immune, it doesn't matter what the percentage is of members of the herd without immunity. You either have it or you don't and it's not something you got by osmosis purely for hanging around in a herd that's mostly full of immune subjects to a particular disease

So here's a thought:

What if there really are no "variants"?

There's plenty of evidence in Fauci's emails that he was involved in "Gain Of Function" research with this virus, meaning making it more dangerous to humans. Maybe, just maybe, this is the way the virus was "designed"?

Think about it: A "vaccine" that doesn't make you immune. A "vaccine" that reduces the symptoms when you are infected, potentially making vaccinated people asymptomatic. Remember the narrative about how deadly asymptomatic people were before the vaccine came out? Now, even if you've been vaccinated, you can transmit the virus to others. Like your frail ailing grandmother, or aunt Mabel, the overweight diabetic family member. But the narrative pushed by the mainstream media, the CDC and Politicians says "THE UNVACCINATED ARE INFECTING EVERYBODY!!!!!!

Now that it’s starting to come out that the “variants” are breaking through the defenses of the so called vaccines the discussions I’m having with my vaccinated friends is starting to really heat up.

I’m getting the impression that rather than face buyers remorse they’re grasping at statistics that make them feel like they made the right decision by getting the jab rather than face the possibility that they may have willingly submitted to a now pointless experiment that may not ever end. Even worse, they may be unwittingly helping to mutate and spread new variants.

It will be interesting to see what comes next. I have no doubt that big pharma will offer up booster shots and new vaccines, but if all they do is make future variants more communicable and deadly how does that help mankind?

Wuhan is shut down again. It’s like we’re walking in the woods without a compass and have ended up right back where we started.

Yeah, I have my doubts whether this is a "natural" mutation, or an intended one, if it's even a mutation (by conventional definition) at all. It was probably just another level preprogrammed or designed into the virus, who the trailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro knows.

Frankly, I'm hearing more about this affecting a lot more people locally than I did the first go around last year, and more people being hospitalized and passing away even. So I don't know. The mainstream media benefit of the vaccine now seems to be limited to "reduces major symptoms", and thats about it, from what I have saw.

those of you old enough to remember Ryan White/Michael Jackson and the INSANE AIDS PANIC that was created globally by one Dr. Anthony Fauci, maybe you can pass this on to the younger generations that this isn't Faucis first exercise in inciting a very dangerous global panic that is perpetuated by the media.

He once told people you could get AIDS from getting sneezed on or sitting on a toilet seat, kissing, touching each other. The ensuing panic caused numerous panic reactions like the ugly things that a certain town in Indiana and many of it's residents treated a young hemophiliac boy like he was Typhoid Mary.

That's Anthony Fauci. He leaves a trail of terror, lies, and bullshit-for-profit wherever he goes.

This is also what happens when you relinquish your national health sovereignty to a Global agency with zero accountability to anyone in the world. We do not have to legally follow any damn thing the World Health Organization says.

Some other things to consider:

1) supposedly, three different companies basically cranked out "vaccines" in less than six months. Supposedly, they weren't already working on these things. Remember, they swore to us that trump was lying and that Pfizer wasn't developing a vaccine at all way back in Oct. 2020

2) CDC records that the covid survivability rate in every age group except one is over 99%. The other age group is 60+ and it's rate was 95+%. For children the rate was nearly 100% survivability. You don't need "vaccinated" for something that is this highly survivable.

3) "unvaccinated people are getting the vaccinated people sick", merely proves the mRNA therapy is useless bullshit. If your mRNA still allowed you to get sick from exposure to covid, then you're not vaccinated at all. "So you'll have lesser symptoms" is just a panicked attempt to save face for this pharmaceutical failure by the very people who staked their entire careers on something that was shady to begin with

4) This mRNA treatment is supposed to encode your bodies cells(they can't control which cells or for how long) to manufacture their own spike Proteins to mimic a spike protein invasion from a virtual infection. The "claim" is that your bodies immune systems will respond to this fake attack by producing lots of antibodies (generic ones because they have no idea what they are fighting other than "spike Proteins", which is the Walmart approach to inoculation...... Generic, cheap, unreliable).

These antibodies don't just sit there and take volleys from the cells that are now producing these spike Proteins and just wait for the cells to run out of gas. These antibodies ATTACK the very entities producing these spike Proteins. Those entities would be the cells in your body, because your cells are the ones who your immune system thinks are now a foreign entity replicating virus (spike protein trick) inside of you naturally it will attack it's own parts to save the host, which is what your immune system is designed to do Your immune system is now in a fight with it's own body cells. The mRNA treatment was never meant to inoculate anyone, ever. It was meant to create a large reserve of antibodies inside your body, so that it can handle things like "covid". This is a false immunity and it's generic and it's not sustainable at all which is why you need "boosters" constantly. You'll keep going back to get more boosters $$$$ to patch up your already failing immune system that had been trained to attack it's own body. This is also why they needed "boosters" because it was evident early on that this wasn't a permanent fix at all.

There's never been a successful coronavirus vaccine and there likely never will be. It's been at least 40 years of attempts.

Spike Proteins are dangerous. They cause organ failure, neurological disorders, cardio-pulmonary failures. The "vaccine" does not know how to keep all those spike Proteins corralled in one area so the the T Cells can get to them BEFORE they cause all sorts of damage. In the video link Nico posted above, the esteemed doctor mentions that the second booster was originally meant to "mop up all the "extra spike Proteins" leftover from the mRNA first dose".......... So in other words, between your first and second dose of the spike protein generator instructions, your body is likely producing a huge excess of spike Proteins which are roaming freely around in your body causing havoc wherever they land. One would not feel the need to "mop up" excess anything if it wasn't a big problem in it's own right, to begin with


If you were a "vaccine" manufacturer and you wanted a surefire way to generate an endless stream of cash for yourself and the entire medical community that you serve, you would just pick any old flu virus with no real cure, and spend the rest of your time selling constant and useless boosters to an unsuspecting and fearful public for the rest of their lives (this will never end, see "flu shots" from 1997-present). You buy up the politicians, the FDA, donate to the WHO and CDC and then you own their policymakers and those policymakers will go along with the program because it's lucrative to them to play along. Monsanto has owned the US Ag Dept for decades now and it stands to reason that Pharma owns the USDHHS/CDC/FDA using the same methods Monsanto used to usurp the best interests of the American citizen and replace them with the best interests of a group who profits handsomely from disease and sickness maintenance.

Your Health Dept. isn't yours anymore. It's the Department of Healthcare Provider Profit Protection. This should've been evident, the second they tried to tell you that the best form of "socialized medicine" was a forced participation in a capitalist product (that would be fascism) from insurance companies who have exactly zero to offer the medical community outside of revenue creation. I don't know when Americans are going to get tired of all this bait and switch bullshit, but the time to speak up has LONG since passed.


Just think, the NIH helped Fauci launder funds for gain of function research at a lab in Wuhan where they are "making viruses much more viral and deadly than can be normally found in nature, so that we can learn about viruses"..... Anyone who believes that excuse for developing biological weapons, is probably never going to understand reason. Our own "Health Dept" entities in the US were, supposedly unwittingly, funding the development of a bioweapon in Wuhan China that got loose and then caused mayhem all over the world, that "inadvertently" resulted in massive profit increases for all the world's top Health and Technology companies from Pfizer to Amazon. Facebook got $2BN from Johnson and Johnson to run "fact-check" interference for them online. I couldn't tell you how much they paid Twitter for the same service You don't think that's a big incentive to Facebook to push lies and misinformation? Hospitals paid for "treating covid" became incentive to these hospitals and clinics to call every patient a covid patient whether it's true or not. Money incentives are the quickest way to bring out the conmen and crooks in ANY situation and it's why this had been a favorite "solution" for American government of and by thieves and swindlers.

FOMO...... Everyone with self esteem issues seems to want to be involved in a movement, any movement. The speakers where "Outraged white children" increasingly. The longer I paid attention, the less I saw actual genetic black people having any kind of voice. This movement was now all about the virtue signaling and the online praise and the cultivation of assumed moral superiority. This IS the point of their support of these issues. It's never about the issue itself, which is why no real solutions appear. It's just a social contest to see who can be more morally superior online. Most all of these people are too terrified of black folks to actually visit a black owned business in a black neighborhood and do real good for the black community that way. Instead they prefer to donate money to other white people who throw some of the money at the black community from deep inside the white community and then they post incessantly about it in social media. Charitable works are only charitable if you don't immediately get on IG posting selfies at the soup kitchen for all your friends to tell you how much they "like" this and how they "like" you and that "you are so brave and selfless" (to set up a narcissistic social media photo shoot op down at the homeless kitchen where there is real suffering in the world)

You're up against a mob of willfully ignorant, increasingly immature people who are convinced of their own moral superiority. They have cultivated this assumption of moral superiority so much, that they are incapable of introspection, differing opinions. Social media is the only life these people have and they aren't going to give it up anytime soon because that means that they aren't activists anymore and nobody showers them with likes so that they can adore themselves in the mirror. These are the dangerous people.

Because it is. I read last night that come october the us post office will be slowing down even more to meet there budget or whatever, I think its because they know they'll lose half the post office staff across the country- if a mandate occurs.

Seriously, make me into a believer. I would like nothing more than to be properly vaccinated and free to move about without concern for myself and others around me, so explain to me please, how these jabs do that, because I personally know people that have taken their needles and then a few months later contracted Covid and quite likely spread it to others because they were galavanting about without regard for masks, additional hygiene and respectful distancing when amongst the crowds they flocked to after receiving a couple shots of politically sponsored euphoria. I like to call them the Super Spreaders as they’re the ones who are now able to flash proof of vaccination cards and sit next to others in crowded places.

I know people who’ve succumbed to serious illness and even suspected death due to clotting soon after the jab, but of course proving the side effects could cause harm, or death isn’t a priority when the objective is to promote something the governments of the World bankrolled at a staggering cost.

I tend to think that the World went to war with a virus and much like the failed war on drugs, they’re going to keep it going for as long as possible with the only winners being the people who move the funds around. The same people who are directing the narrative that’s broadcast under the watchful eyes of a few tech oligarchs who love conducting social experiments on an unsuspecting herd of attention diminished sheeple.

I think there is a whole 'nother level of this "virus" that must be super duper classified and on the down low that "they" know about.

The vaccine obviously does little (nothing?) to prevent infection OR spreading of the thing. Wasn't prevention of further spreading from vaccinated people the whole purported purpose last year? anyways.


I'm pretty sure the sole purpose of the vaccine is to help prevent or ward off some other symptom, side affect, or something that comes on further down the line even if you recover from teh virus it iself.


Lots of discussion about "long covid" symptoms from people that had it and recovered still having weird stuff go on months and long term afterwards.


Not saying covid will cause zombie apocalypses on year 3 to everyone that was infected and survived it - but, I damn sure have the feeling there is a whole other component and level of bad to this thing we don't even know about, and *that* is what the vaccine may actually be about treating or preventing. Personally I’d never try to prevent someone from getting the jab. I believe in freedom of choice and the responsibility of living up to that choice. That's my completely uneducated and unqualified opinion thus far - the "vaccine" is indeed more a "treatment" as chop has pointed out, and not a vaccine in the classical sense of vaccines being what we've all grown up with them being. That makes me nervous. The way they flew the thing through approval and have completely discounted every other natural treatment, also is a huge red flag to me. You're telling me there is literally NO OTHER treatment for the virus than what was until this time last year a completely experimental gene therapy that had NEVER been widely distributed to humans, ever?

This appears to be a Band-Aid for a long term problem in the classical government sense. Kick the can down the road until something worse is bound to happen. Does the shot keep more people out of the hospital now? I'm not even willing to concede that point 100% other than to say maybe it does- but whats it going to do to peoples immune systems and otherwise in 5 or 10 years? At what cost? There is literally no data or trials to answer this question. But let's do the math......out of a 180,000,000 fully vaccinated Americans 13,000 got sick and required hospitalization with 2,500 of those unfortunately dying from covid related conditions. Now of course there are far more infected with covid 19 but the hospitalization rate is important because it tells us that trained immunity works.....hence the vaccine.

Let's say that not the entire 180,000,000 fully vaccinated was exposed openly to the virus and that say only half....90,000,000 were. Then let's go further and say 100,000 required hospitalization....... At that hypothetical you're under a 1/10th of a percent chance of being hospitalized after acquiring covid 19 or being exposed to it.... assuming your fully vactionated. I would say the exposure rate in this current climate is way more than half of the fully vactionated population.

But let's do the math......out of a 180,000,000 fully vaccinated Americans 13,000 got sick and required hospitalization with 2,500 of those unfortunately dying from covid related conditions. Now of course there are far more infected with covid 19 but the hospitalization rate is important because it tells us that trained immunity works.....hence the vaccine.

Let's say that not the entire 180,000,000 fully vaccinated was exposed openly to the virus and that say only half....90,000,000 were. Then let's go further and say 100,000 required hospitalization....... At that hypothetical you're under a 1/10th of a percent chance of being hospitalized after acquiring covid 19 or being exposed to it.... assuming your fully vactionated. I would say the exposure rate in this current climate is way more than half of the fully vactionated population.

I feel the recent surge… big surge in cases is because of the false sense of security with the vaccine. People who were vaccinated we're allowed to go places without masks… everything started to be wide open and everybody was running around with no masks....... the vaccinated and the unvaccinated. The way you present the numbers....although actual are somewhat misleading. 13K in breakthrough cases?...yes. but don't leave out the 180,000,000 fully vaccinated pool it derives from. In imperial quantifying that's considered a zero.

I have my concerns about the time-line of the vaccine...being used under emergency order without full data is concerning. Long term effects I don't know.

I'm not comfortable with mandating it by the government......I believe it's a choice that should be made by the individual or a business.

Almost of this is all hypothetical but one thing for sure is this.......it's effective and that's a Fact. It's effective against getting covid..it's effective in lessening severity of symptoms...it's effective in reducing hospitalization and most importantly it's effective in reducing deaths.....period end of story. I felt like crap after my vaccine...err Covid shot. Teeth chattering chills, fever, and a headache. Got out of bed to get a drink of water and could barely make it back into bed (fell into it.) Freaking weird feeling for 24hrs.

On the political side regarding "vaccines", what I find interesting is that it has come from all sides over the years. So much pointing to the other side of the aisle now when over the years it was from both sides including the liberal hippies. The excavator, skid steer, and dingo rentals weren't free. The chimney definitely hasn't been free, nor the wood stove for that matter. Who do you think is paying for this?

Thank you my friend! I'm on 6 acres here Scooter. It is on a limestone pad and it does have a wood floor. That's for two reasons. First of all, this was all coal mines so it's "disturbed ground". Secondly there's a lot of pine roots right there which also make the ground unstable. The options were a double thick double rebar concrete foundation, or wood. I'm heating with a wood stove so a concrete floor would always be cold no matter what. The wood floor is insulated really well and I feel will be much warmer.

Yes I'm in Ohio Scooter. I never thought I'd end up in Ohio. I came here to visit Kiser and I had no idea areas of Ohio were so rural. Anyhow, the first property I looked at here, I was the very first person to view the day it went on the market. I offered asking price after the viewing, and I was outbid the next day.

The second one I looked at, we were really close on price but just not there. He got back to me and we got closer on the price, close enough to buy actually, but someone had put the bug in my ear not to buy anything just yet. Whether that was the right or wrong thing to listen to we'll never know, but everything happens for a reason. Someone else bought it immediately after I balked.

After that, every place I called on sold as soon as it was listed. That must be because properties are so undesirable here like you said, right? So undesirable that there are bidding wars and properties selling as soon as they're listed.

Kiser's neighbor's place sold less than two years ago for $350,000. They all laughed when they saw it listed at that price, as it had sold for under $200,000 just a few years before. It sold immediately for 350. If they listed it today, I bet they'd start at $450,000.

My neighbor's property just sold last week. Same size and cut land as mine, but the cabin is unfinished, hasn't been lived in ever, only occupied during construction which stopped 15 years ago, there's no water, and the place just isn't as nice as mine. It appraised at $22k more than what I paid for my place and had four buyers lined up. The first one dropped the ball and the second scooped it right up. It's also not at the end of a dead end like my place is. It probably had four buyers because properties are so undesirable here though I bet.

As I said, my property is worth double what I paid and I'm not even close to having it done. Buy low, sell high. I saw first hand what the market was doing. I realize you're looking for insults here but you're really striking out dude.

They found that Ivermectin's antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties were beneficial and that it reduced risk of death compared with no ivermectin in COVID-19 patients by an average of 62% (risk ratio .38%).

They also found that ivermectin prophylaxis reduced COVID-19 infection by an average 86% (95% confidence interval 79%–91%).

"Moderate-certainty evidence finds that large reductions in COVID-19 deaths are possible using ivermectin," they concluded.

"Using ivermectin early in the clinical course may reduce numbers progressing to severe disease. The apparent safety and low cost suggest that ivermectin is likely to have a significant impact on thetrailproSARS-CoV-2trailpropandemic globally."

Of 63 controlled studies, the data shows a 69% improvement among patients for early treatment.

The 63 trials involved 613 scientists and 26,398 patients in 31 randomized controlled trials.

Summaries of other studies include 86% improvement in 14 prophylaxis trials, 69% improvement in 27 early treatment trials, 40% improvement in 22 late treatment trials, and 60% improvement in 31 randomized controlled trials.

Despite this, the NIH maintains that "no clinical trials have reported a clinical benefit for ivermectin in patients with these viruses."
