After reading on this forum I found this
first things first, all the big red models use 25" tires (25x12x9)
All the S models (200s and 185s) use 22" tires (22x11x8)

My question is this.

If i use a HONDA ATC 185 200 S 1983-1985 FRONT FORK END TREE

and it uses the smaller tire. Will my Big red front wheel and axle work or do I need to source more parts to make this work?

Thanks!

You'll more than likely have to use the complete S front end including wheel, hub, brake and axle to make it work as easy as it can. I had a 84 200ES and it had a 85 250 front end on it. I didn't do the swap it but it looked and performed well and I had hydraulic suspension which is far superior than the spring and bushing one.

I'm going to look at a listing tomorrow 2 part bikes one has the front end I could use I do believe it is an 83 200s, the other is an 83 shaft drive es could be an 84 but the listing said two 1983 200e. I will check the data plate for sure hope it is still on the frame. I cannot upload images from my pc for some reason.

If its shaft drive its an 84, the only year they made a 200 model in shaft drive is the 84 200ES. If its chain then it's any of the many models of 200, 200E, 200S, 200M, etc.
