1986 200M--need advice on transmission lubrication

Hello-I am new to this forum. I just need some help/advice on how to lubricate the oil in the transmission of my 1986 Honda 200m. It is in excellent condition, but shifting is hard. I don't this that the oil in the transmission has ever been changed. Can anyone offer any advice? Thanks in advance

Adjust the clutch for the hard shift issue and change the oil to Honda GN4 10w-40 .
