85 Honda 250sx replacement crank options

Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows if "new" crankshafts are out there for a 85 250sx? I know eBay has a bunch, im just afraid of getting a junk one...

Never seen one go bad. Just replace the rod on the one you have

I was under the impression it's a sealed unit?

Your crankshaft can be rebuilt , can call crankworks and see if they will do it for you . Rod gets pressed out and a new one installed .
Only other option is to look for a NOS one or a good used one .
