Need major help

I am looking at buying another ATC 110 but this has a broken back plastic and the price for it is $ 1100 supposedly everything else works I am going to go and test ride it soon with a couple buddies but i just want a fair price and was wondering if someone could give some advice.

:wondering 1100 for a 110 ? And broken fenders to boot! You must want a 110 pretty bad. Sounds more like a 4-500 dollar machine to me and that’s if everything else is good on it. I’ve sold a lot of 90’s and 110’s over the years. Some nice some not so nice but have never sold one for that amount.

Yes, In my area a nice one sells for around 400-600 .
