I am building a machine like nothing else. I have a lot of parts around and my girlfriend wanted a four-wheeler, so I decided to build one. It has a 200X from the middle back, and a Blaster front end, and I extended the frame about a foot in the middle. I put a 377 Rotax twin with clutches and chaincase in for power, and I got a 26 tooth sprocket to put on the jackshaft. I still have a lot of work to do, but I have to take the time to do it right. I used the back part of the fuel tank from the 200X and the cap and fuel valve, and made a stainless steel tank to fit the frame I built. I still have to grind the welds and polish it, but I think it will look cool. I will make front fenders that match up with the angles at the front of the tank(stainless), and ss fender flares for the rear. Also plan to put dual halogen headlights. Also plan to build a nice front bumper. Any suggestions are welcome. I tried to attach pics but they seem to be too big.

that is just the way it came out. I quit drinking after that. It will actually only hold about 6 - 6.5 gallons.

I plan to test it within a week. I have a feeling that I will need a bigger engine. I would like to get a liquid-cooled. Anyone got one for me?

Yes, it is, but sometimes a person just gotta build somethin' different. Everyone else has regular everyday storebought stuff, but it's a whole lot more fun to have something unique.

If you want a liquid engine...buy a used sled...a accidentend sled with the engine runs good...because i cant help you...i live in quebec, too high cost for transport of a Rotax 670cc LC MXZ engine but the accident sled is maybe a good thing to wach... :(
